Euchner Transponder Coding Safety Switch

Unlike Magnetic safety switches, the CES series switches from Euchner are each uniquely coded, making it absolutely secure against tampering.  The actuator and read head have a wide operating distance, so misalignment won't cause false trips.  They are available with an M8 connector, making installation and service simple.

Euchner Locking Magnet with Solenoid

The Euchner CEM series locking magnetic safety switch has the advantages of both a non-contact switch and a keyed interlock, without the disadvantages of either. A coded transponder and a solenoid are integrated into the read head.  When the door is closed and the actuator enters the reading distance of the actuator, voltage is applied to the magnet, locking the door shut with up to 1000N of force.  Call us or hit the Engineer Button at the top of the screen to set up a demonstration.

Euchner CES A LSP Safety Switch

The newest switch in the CES family, the new read head CES-A-LSP has a special design which was designed for mounting on aluminum profiles (30 to 45 mm).  Ease of assembly is realized by using sliding blocks, enabling part of the read head to be sunk into the aluminium profile. Two LEDs on the read head indicate whether the actuator is in the operating distance.

Euchner CES-AR Safety Switch

The Euchner CES-AR Safety Switch is a non-contact system that provides premium safety, tamper resistance, and reliability. Great for complex industrial systems with large numbers of safety doors, the CES-AR modules can connect to one another to form a chain of up to 20 units. The CES-AR is able to monitor for short circuiting using pulsing signals and the chain can still function as a system if an internal component fails. With an IP67 protection rating, the Euchner CES-AR is guarded against dirt, moisture, vibration, and temperature and can operate under severe conditions.

Euchner CET-AR Safety Switch

The Euchner CET-AR Safety Switch joins mechanical guard locking and non-contact transponder technology to create a high-quality safety switch that provides high levels of protection to both personnel and process. With a great degree of tamper resistance and able to withstand IP67-level conditions, the CET-AR will perform well in any setting. Compatible with Euchner's MGB safety system and the CES-AR Safety Switch, the CET-AR can be seamlessly integrated into your industrial line.
