Safety interlocks mainly consist of a separate key and switch housing, although our new hinge switches are a single housing. The type of risk being guarded against, available space, and the form of access to the risk all help to determine which switch will best meet your needs.
Euchner ESH Hinge Switch
The safety hinge ESH combines the function of a door hinge with that of a safety switch.

Euchner NZ Steel Safety Limit Switch
The robust metal housing NZ safety switch has industry standard hole mounting with a large selection of actuators. When positive mode mounted the NZ safety switches actuators separates the positive opening safety contacts (in accordance with NFPA 79) providing the highest level of safety.

Euchner STP All Metal Switch
The locking solenoid of the all-metal STP locking switch holds the guard closed until a stored energy hazard has dissipated. It can also prevent damage to a part in process due to an inadvertent machine shutdown. The STP safety switches have a metal actuator head with a narrow thermoplastic housing.

Euchner STP Dual

Euchner Cable Pull Safety Switch
The Euchner Rope Pull Switch (RPS switch) provides redundant safety contacts with monitoring contacts. The RPS switch triggers with an increase (pulling) or a decrease (severing) in the tension of the safety cable, or pushing of the E-stop. To clear a fault, the RPS switch is "Reset" with a twist of the reset dial and the RPS rope pull switch is ready to operate. The Euchner RPS rope pull switch makes installation quick and easy with built-in tension adjustment knob and rope tension window.
